CAMICIA

OBJECTIVE OF CAMICIA: The objective of Camicia is to not run out of cards first.

NUMBER OF PLAYERS: 2 Players

MATERIALS: One 40 card Italian deck, and a flat surface.

TYPE OF GAME: Adding Card Game

AUDIENCE: Kids

OVERVIEW OF CAMICIA

Camicia is a War or Beggar My Neighbor style kids game for two players. Players will each have the same number of cards and through luck, one will run the other player’s cards out. This player will lose the game. The goal is, through playing random cards, to win their cards through attacks.

SETUP

A dealer is chosen randomly and then will trade for each new game. The dealer shuffles the 40-card Italian deck and deals themselves and the other player 20 cards, or half the deck. The players will then take their hands and keep them facedown without looking at their cards. They will make them into their individual little decks they will be pull from the top of.

Card Rankings and Suits

Suits do not matter in Camicia. There are three types of attack cards. These are the Aces, 2s, and 3s. All other cards are filler and have no actions associated with them.

Attack cards are used during the game to collect the other player’s cards. This will be discussed below in the gameplay section.

GAMEPLAY

Now that each player has their deck the game can begin. The player who was not the dealer will go first. Players will take turns turning over the top card of their deck and placing them into a pile in the center of the table. If this card is not an attack card that is the end of the turn, and the next player will do the same.

If an attack card is revealed though, the turn is played differently. Once an attack card has been played the other player will now need to flip the number of cards congruent with the attack card played. If it’s an Ace, one card will be flipped. Two cards for 2s and three cards for 3s. if all flipped cards are normal then the attack was completed and the player who revealed the attack card will gather all the cards in the pile and add them to the bottom of their deck. If however, the opposing player flips an attack card, the previous attack card is nullified and the new attack card goes into effect. For example, Player 1 flips a three, and player 2 must flip three cards for the attack. The first card is a 5 so they must keep flipping the second card is an ace, so now Player 1’s attack is nullified and now player 2 is attacking. Player 1 will need to flip a card. If that card is not an attack card, Player 2 will collect all the cards in the center pile.  크레이지슬롯

END OF GAME

The game ends when a player runs out of cards in their hand. This player is the loser. This game can be played once or can be played in a series of games to find a winner.
